Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your vacation, your deposit and all payments will be refunded, less a cancellation fee per person as shown in the chart below. Written notice (Email, Fax, or USPS) must be received to effect your cancellation.

Virginia Tours

Written notice at least 60 days before tour	Full refund less $25 fee per person
Written notice at least 30 days before tour	Loss of Deposit
Written notice within 30 days of tour	Loss of payment in full

International Tours

Written notice at least 120 days before tour	Full refund less $25 fee per person
Written notice at least 90 days before tour	Loss of Deposit
Written notice within 60 days of tour	Loss of payment in full

We recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation insurance in case you must cancel because of illness to yourself, family member, business partner, or traveling partner. Cancellation Insurance is explained and be can be purchased on-line from TravelGuard.
